ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our rapidly expanding team

As an agency that’s driven by creativity, we are looking for someone who can think outside the box, is passionate about social media and enjoys keeping up to date with lifestyle trends. This is an extremely attractive role for a junior candidate who thrives when working in a fast paced environment.

This role will require you to be passionate about creating content on Instagram and Tik Tok, support with managing press relationships, carry out regular editorial pitches, as well as help drive the social media and influencer marketing strategy. Candidates must have a passion for PR, Influencer, and Social Media Marketing.

This is an extremely attractive role for a junior candidate who is interested in working with lifestyle brands and would be interested to join a fast-growing business and a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for reporting to the PR, Influencer and Social Media Manager

  • Support with PR

  • Help create press releases

  • Proactively outreach to media outlets to secure coverage, features, and news items

  • Bring innovative and new ideas to the table regarding events, mailings, and activations

  • Regularly monitoring initiatives, performance, and results

  • Manage the inbound press inbox

  • Work with clients to create and implement social media strategies

  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media and ensure brand consistency

  • Social media community management

  • Ensure client brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology

  • Manage existing relationships with celebrities & influencers

  • Develop new relationships with relevant celebrities & influencers and brand ambassadors through gifting, events, and targeted initiatives

  • Support to manage collaborations

  • Manage product send outs

  • Manage gifting and promotional budget and allowances

Skills, Experience and Qualifications.

  • University degree (preferred)

  • An enthusiastic individual with strong understanding of lifestyle brands, digital marketing, and communications

  • A confident and self-starter individual

  • Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English, including ability to write and edit press releases

  • Well-organised and efficient person with good time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to summarise and communicate key information clearly

  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic environment

  • Eager to adopt responsibilities and take on new challenges

  • Ability to have a very hands-on approach
